Minister of Defence of Georgia Juansher Burchuladze hosted the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark to Georgia Anne Toft Sorensen. At the introductory meeting, the Minister congratulated the Danish Diplomat on his new appointment as Ambassador and wished him successful professional career.
The Minister of Defense thanked the Danish side for its steadfast political and practical support of Georgia.

During the meeting the sides emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation with partner countries in light of the challenges in the region. Minister thanked the Danish Diplomat for the transfer of material and technical equipment to the National Guard.

As a result of active consultations with the Danish side, it was decided that the defense ministries of Denmark and Georgia will further strengthen cooperation in different priority directions.
