Infrastructural projects in military bases of Defense Forces are accomplishing. Deputy Defense Minister Grigol Giorgadze familiarized with the accomplished and ongoing infrastructural works in the 6th Artillery Brigade in Khoni. Commander of West Command, Brigadier General Koba Grigolia hosted Deputy Defense Minister.
Grigol Giorgadze viewed the accomplished barracks, where floor, ceiling and walls are renewed and fully equipped with new showers. Modern lighting systems are installed, sewage and engineering networks are rehabilitated. Multifunctional mini sport ground is planned to be arranged on the territory as well.
Later on Deputy Defense Minister attended the tuition process of artillery intelligence group at the simulation class.
The complete renovation of the infrastructure of Georgian Defense Forces continues, which will be completed by the end of this year. Soon the Georgian army will serve at the bases corresponding to NATO standards.
