Under the order of Georgian Prime Minister, with the purpose of preventing the natural catastrophe and to carry out the anti-fireworks efficiently, 31 units of special and personal transport vehicles of the Army Logistics Support Command are mobilized on the ground including special tracked firefighting equipment " MTLB" (all-terrain fire-rescue equipment), water tankers and off-road fire trucks. Military personnel of I Brigade of the Eastern Command also joined the fire extinguishing works. The Minister of Defence of Georgia Juansher Burchuladze was in the disaster area where he was familiarized with the current situation on the ground. Upon the instructions of the Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, to exintguish the fire that broke out in Borjomi Municipality in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region, the employees of the relevant services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure, and the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture are continuously carrying out fire extinguishing works.
