The Alpha Company of the 43rd Battalion of IV Mechanized Brigade accomplished field exercise on company level. The final training was held on Vaziani fire range with live fire.
The training was held in four stages including preparation period, movement, execution, consolidation and reorganization. During the final exercise the military carried out tactical march, occupation of gathering area, integration of direct and indirect fire, fire support, evacuation of the wounded soldiers and ambush. The Alpha Company of the 43rd Battalion, Tank Platoon, 82 mm Mortar Platoon, Anti-aircraft Company, as well as communication and medical teams participated in the live fire exercises.
The two-week long training aimed to enhance combat readiness in the unit, to improve interoperability of combat elements and coordination actions.
