The project, initiated by the Minister of Defence of Georgia, aimed at diversification of the menu of the Georgian Army and retraining of chefs employed at the Defence Forces, has completed successfully. Irakli Garibashvili attended the masterclasses of the chefs and tasted meals prepared by them together with the military personnel. Defence Minister declared that from September the Georgian military personnel will have a renewed and improved menu.
Project that was aimed at improving the cooking skills of chefs through masterclasses launched on July 1st. The famous chefs in Georgia – Levan Kobiashvili, Luka Nachkebia, Manuel Faundes Baranda and Maia Katsiashvili were providing masterclasses to the chefs of the Georgian Defence Forces during two months. The training course included theoretical and practical modules. 30 chefs of the Defence Forces will use received experience to diversify menu of the Georgian Army. After accomplishment of the project they received special certificates and bonuses.
