The Defence Institution Building School (DIBS) is hosting Training in Crisis Communication and Management in the Georgian context.
DIBS Director Tea Nikolashvili opened the seminar and talked about the importance of crisis management and communication in crisis. The four-day course is conducted by the representative of the Emergency Management Agency of Georgia Giorgi Gibradze and trainers from the Clingendael Netherlands Institute of International Relations.
The training course is focused on the domestic Georgian Crisis Management System (CMS). The participants will get information about internal decision-making mechanisms- within both the Georgian CMS and in NATO. They will also learn different styles for briefing by decision and policy makers and experience a full day cyber-attack simulation.
Training in Crisis Communication and Management in the Georgian context is held in the framework of four-year cooperation between the Defence Institution Building School (DIBS) and Clingendael Institute of International Relations.
