Representatives of the German Air Forces are paying a two-day visit to Georgia. They held a workshop on Human Resources Management at the Defence Institution Building School (DIBS). Representatives of the Defence Ministry, General Staff of the Georgian Armed Forces and Border Police of the Ministry of Interior attended the seminar. The goal of the training was to share experience of the German side.
In the framework of the course, the head of the German delegation Brigadier General Hans Richard Frevel from the German Air Force Command and other members of the delegation provided important information about the human resource management issues related to the organizational development of military bodies. One of the topics of the workshop was organizational structure of military bodies in the context of strategic political decisions. The German experts introduced training system module to the participants of the training as well.
At the end of the workshop, Deputy Defence Minister Nukri Gelashvili and Brigadier General Hans Richard Frevel from the German Air Force Command handed over certificates to the participants of the course and wished them success. Nukri Gelashvili thanked the German side for their support in establishment and development of the Defence Institution Building School. German Defence Attaché to Georgia, LTC Franz-Josef Nolte and SNGP project leader Konrad Wudke attended the meeting. Delegation of the German Air Force Command arrived in Georgia in the framework of the bilateral cooperation plan between the Defence Ministries of Georgia and Germany. In the framework of the visit they met with the Deputy Defence Minister Nukri Gelashvili and DIBS leadership.
